3 baby dolls

The girls at roughly the same age. Can you guess who is who? :)

These pictures hang right by our front door, and they are probably the pictures of the girls that I cherish the most. I just took Freia’s picture, and already I have a teary eye when I look at it. Even though right now she still smells of that wonderful baby smell and still fits oh-so snuggly in my arms, I know that it will change all too soon. Before I know it my little girls will be going to college and bringing a boyfriend home – and hubby will be greeting said boyfriend with a shotgun, no doubt 😉 But when I look at these pictures, it is like time stands still. I go right back to that sweet baby smell and the adobrale baby noises that they used to make.

No matter how big the girls get, they will always be my babies.

Happy Monday, friends!

MMMhhhh I would say Freia is on the last picture, but would certainly mistake the ‘big’ girls for one another !
I know I keep repeating myself, but I feel so much exactly the same as you ! Daphne has become a terrible sleeper, I haven’t slept more than 3 hours in a row for 3 months, BUT I know these are the best days of my life, I cherish every single moment (well, except at 3 am I confess), they grow up so fast. Every stage is wonderful, but these baby days are sooooooo precious.
And look at all your babies, who wouldn’t want to eat them up ? 😉
I’d better go back to work, the lack of sleep makes me… not so efficient !

Oh my, seems like our babies are on similar paths when it comes to sleeping! Freia would sleep 10-11 hours straight at 2/3 months, but the past few weeks she started waking up again once or twice a night. Not feeding, she just needs her pacifier back….but still, I have to take up for it. Trying to decide if it’s just a phase and I need to wait it out, or if we need to get rid of the pacifier and teach her how to self soothe without it…..but yeah, tiredness and all, I’ll still eat her up 😀

Aw! How cute! And I know who’s who. Freia and Olivia DO look so much alike as babies. And Madeleine, well, that hair is a dead give away. Such precious girlies:)

Feel free to write in English (if you want to practice) or French since I speak both :) Moi aussi je suis francaise 😉

  6. Oh my goodness, Audrey, these are so precious!!!
